The team was excellent. Issac and partner (sorry I forgot one name) were complete and courteous. Price charged was as quoted and reasonable. They had to move many pieces of furniture and did so with no issues. Now I just need someone to move it back after it drys!
Andreo was very efficient and took great care on cleaning carpets and area rug. Tried the tile cleaning in kitchen and looks very nice. Have used sears for several years and always happy with service. Have used vent and dryer vent cleaning too. It was a pleasure to have him in home.
Explained process and made useful recommendations for additional unscheduled tasks. In addition to the duct cleaning, we agreed to clean the AC/Heat pump unit and the dryer duct. All tasks were completed in a reasonable timeframe.
I have been a customers of Sears for about 5 years. I always recommend Jeremy and Bobby. They are very compassionate and caring about their job and customers. I have a huge dog and is very protective of his mamma. My dog will allow both these men in "his" house. Very uncommon for him. That tells me, they are good men alone. I would recommend them to any one.

Very pleased with the service and technicians. This is the second time I have used Sears to clean my carpets and both times they have done a great job.
Andreco the service tech did a wonderful job. He was very courteous and helpful and removed one stain that I did not think he would be able to budge. What did make me less than enthusiastic was the amount quoted to me on the phone for a "carpenter cleaning" and the price for all the add ons - sanitizing, shielding, etc. It went from $161 quoted to $452 for two very small rooms and one medium size.
