Terrible service & incredibly rude office staff. Bothering customers at 7.30 in the morning. Bait & Switch with prices and offers. Staffs hangs up phone on customers.
RecommendedThe guys came out and was on time and very professional looking and was already too work. They got the job done in a timely matter and clean up behind themselves. Thank you guys I will continue to use Sears for my carpet care.

I was impressed with all the staff from the office down to Isaac who cleaned my carpet.He was very professional. and courteous in the way he explained all that he was going to do.
