We were very impressed with the technition, Joseph Ruiz, he was very personable, polite,efficient, and did a wonderful job on our carpets. We had a few small spots which were taken care of. We were favorably impressed with the quoted price and the finished product. We would definitely recommend Sears carpet cleaners to our family and friends.
Your rep., Ben Brownlow, did an excellent job cleaning lint from my dryer vent. He explained the process, showed me before-and-after photos of the affected area, and he was always pleasant and courteous. I recommend him--and Sears' service--very highly.
