Great job Paul and Giovanni! Just bought the house and needed the vents blown. They seemed in bad shape and had been neglected. The guys came out, did the job neatly, and made sure it was done correctly and efficiently. Look as good as new! They even checked the vent to the dryer. Good thing they did as it was clogged with lint and could have caused a fire if it wasn't taken care of. Thanks!!!
The total Experience from scheduling verifying and the team that arrived was so professional and wonderful to see in this day and age. Robert and Carlos worked quietly as a team efficiently and very considerate of my 92-year-old mom who is laying down throughout. Without reservation I will recommend Sears air duct cleaning teams
Michael E was excellent. He walked through the house to see what areas needed cleaned. He explained the services available like enzyme treatment. He didn't try to push me to buy them though. Just informational. Very informative. Very courteous. The text with the GPS tracking was helpful to know when he would arrive for me to "corral" up my dogs. I would recommend sears and Michael E.
Joseph and Robert just left. Both did an outstanding job. I am very impressed not only with the work but the personalities of both of them. I would recommend both of them and also use them again.
