Carlos and Benjamin were very professional and friendly. We received a call about 30 min. before they got here saying when they would arrive. Sears sent us their pictures so we would know who they were and all technicians are background checked. They showed us the before and after pictures and it was pretty amazing the difference it made. Excellent service..Billy completed cleaning of 3 bedrooms in under and hour. The rooms look spotless and I have light color carpet in all 3 bedrooms...they looks fabulous! I love the easy going attitude of Billy...won't asked for no else but him from now on!! Thanks!
Sears is the absolute best at their duct cleaning and all appliance repair. We call Sears as opposed to out home warranty company, Ben and Giovanni excel at what they do!!
