PLEASE SHARE! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I had a carpet cleaning service done at my home where the technician left the water in the backyard on for over a week. I returned home with a flooded backyard, extra moisture in my finished basement and a $700 water bill. I called the local office and no response. I ask for a corporate number and it goes to someone’s voicemail, still no response. Recommendedtechnician showed up in time was very careful with our home and did a great job cleaning our carpet. he was polite and respectful as well.
RecommendedBought a new home, wanted the carpets clean and protection for my felines, Anthony was awesome, explained what he was doing, he arrived prior to time he was to arrive. Took care of the carpets in a timely matter. You will not go wrong hiring Sears Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct.
I was given a different price at booking versus when they showed up even though we went room by room at booking. Also, I had a 3 to 6 time window for a week and they showed up at 11:15 a.m. When I said I wasn't ready yet a manager called me and said that 3 to 6 was booked up and there was a system glitch. He never apologized or tried to fit me in- he asked if they could just do it now. I called to voice my concerns the next day and was told by the call center rep that a manag… See more

They always did excellent work for us, we've used them for years, and when it came time for another cleaning this year...they're gone. just gone. can't find them.
