RecommendedTheir customer service is very courteous and professional. Joseph and Eric (our techs) were just awesome. They explained what they were going to do, they explained their product, and most importantly they were very professional and respectful of our home. My husband and I were very pleased on the work they did and our carpets look absolutely amazing. We will definitely use Sears Carpet and Cleaning in the future and will request Joseph and Eric as our techs again!
