Superb ! Luke was excellent organising the floor fitting throughout our home. Dan was a fabulous fitter. Would highly recommend.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Carpets 1st (Luke, front of house, Chichester) and the team that came out to prepare and do works on site for us in readiness for a kitchen floor (Jack, Paul, Charlie and Ron). They all went the extra mile to accommodate a challenging and unexpected deadline situation. Their service was timely, professional and they did what they promised. For those reasons we highly recommend this company (and they haven’t even laid the LVT’s yet; this was the prep work. Thank you so much 10
We had such a disappointing experience. Consider going elsewhere, maybe a small independent who care about customer experience. Firstly, before we bought from them, they were excellent. Luke, Store Manager, answered my calls, returned my calls & emails, was prompt & helpful. We had a bad experience before with a high-street carpet shop & he (ironically) joked about how much better they are and we can rest assured that they will make us happy. Absolutely in love with my new carpets..the process was seamless and was presided over by Luke. The fitters were amazing and respectful of my property couldn’t have gone better super pleased with Carpet 1st 🥇
