It has really fallen apart. The pool was full of teens acting like jerks. Oour sliding glass door did not lock. It is very run down.
We come during the holidays to enjoy skating and pool. First night they try to not open skating and we forced them to the pool not open until 1pm on Monday. This makes no sense. Very poor marketing and we will probably not come anymore. A shame.

I stayed here for an entire week getting ready for my wedding, it was perfect our 3 bedroom condos were amazing. .. and right next to each other so we were near family... thank you to the entire carousel hotel team for making our week amazing and my September 25th wedding
Worst Hotel unfriendly Staff Manager Mike an Idiot rooms were dirty we had to be moved to another Room WORST unfriendly staff ever no matter wat ? You asked they said I don't know they could barely speak English Go Trump wouldn't recommend this place to my worst Enemy !!! Horrible
We stayed in this hotel only for 3 nights and 3 days (mid September), in general all stay was good. here are some areas for improvement for their management to make the stay for people more comfortable, if they would wish to do so. -Instruct their cleaning crew to clean under the beds ( I found an empty yogurt container while picking up my child toys... an old one...); -the glass doors at the lobby swing a bit too hard (myself and my kid 2yo) have been kicked by the swinging door a few times. Never stay here. This hotel is filthy. Blood stains on curtains,leaking roof, blood stains on sheets. Looked at 3 additional rooms including my own. One worse then the other. Screen door to balcony fell into my husbands hand. Had a 3 year old w me and im 5 months pregnant and was afraid to even sit in the room. Dust pouring out of the vents. Smelled of mold. We've been the the Caroussel 3 times now over the last 7 years. This was our first time in a 3 bedroom condo and it was great. Lots of space and all the amenities you'd need. The only negative for us is the food quality. The restaurant food is terrible and the bar & grill is no better. Other than that, staff is friendly. We'll be coming again next summer.
