We stayed the weekend before Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The breakfast was expensive at the restaurant and the food wasn't all that great. Love the ice rink and the holiday spirit. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
Deserves no stars. Manager Glenn was extremely rude. The room had broken dryer that could not be repaired or replaced, asked to have a tv fixed multiple times- it was never fixed in our 3 day stay, upon arrival all smoke detectors were on counters or in cabinets or drawers, wires coming out of the wall, broken glass in dishwasher, the door bell started going off randomly and then started buzzing and smoking, the stove top did not work have all burners working, broken plaster, lamps with large holes in the shades, no doors on... read more
Stay at this hotel from Fri 11-4 til Tues 11-8 very nice great view of the ocean city . our bed was very comfy . The water temp for the shower got nice and hot!!!! The pool was a Lil chilly until u got used to it . really like the hotel

Not the manager Marry but her side kick Glenn Crouper was nothing but rude! No staff told us, the ice skating rink would be closed. Our room was not ready upon checking in. Bed sheets were stained and dirty. There were other guest complaints about the ice rink being closed and with the rude management team. Glenn Crouper raised his voice when speaking to my mother, so I stepped forward and asked him to lower his voice. No one was being disrespectful except for him.
