We arrived about 2 hrs earlier at check in,our room was ready and we settled into our room immediately. Front desk in courteous and polite always greeting us whenever we passed by front desk. The rooms were clean & furniture is nice condition. There is a nice, spacious indoor swimming pool and nice size indoor ice skating rink. Hotel gift shop and bar/pub is a nice addition to this hotel.

The amenities are wonderful, even in the winter; ice skating rink, restaurants, ice cream shop, indoor pool, arcades, etc. The room was in need of upgrading (rust around doors in bathroom, etc.) but clean and very spacious. This is the perfect hotel if you have kids. There is so much for them to do.
