This hotel needs major renovations - very outdated. I normally go off when I'm not pleased but I didn't want to ruin my kids spring break. If the housekeeping staff expects to receive tips then they need to do their job including changing our sheets daily. My main concern was that every time we left the room for a period of time upon returning there was black particles on our bed. Nice, but extremely loud till 10:00pm near skating rink. Bad for small kids needing to sleep. Very, very loud. Should be told when booking. I would have switched rooms. We come every summer and never had this loud issue before. It's definitely location of room. New room was beautiful however. Still had fun, but loud!!! Hot tub...no kids!!! Dangerous for kids anyway.
I will NEVER stay there again. They SUCK BALLS. Not only did the room stink. I had 4 girls. Called for more towels n they made me go get them cause there lazy ASSES were on there cell phones. Then when it was time for bed. Pulled out sofa sleeper. The FN bed was broke half the mattress was on the floor. Then no bedding for sofa sleeper. Had to put mattress on floor then it took them an hour to get the bedding up to us. And it stank like mold. So if I could I'd give them a negative 20 stars. They suck don't stay there. It was our first time in ocean city and loved it I have no complaints at all I can't wait to go back in the summer months everyone was great
There were bed bugs in our room. We checked in spent the night and next morning my son got Twi bedbugs on his pillow. Could not believe. We checked out and went to another hotel
Great place to stay. Plenty of activities for kids. Could use a little upgrade in the rooms. Curtains were stained and the sofa was horrible. Location is great and the price was right. Employees were very friendly and helpful. We still have 2 more nights,maybe I'll do oceanfront next time.
