Es uno de los mejores Hoteles que e visitado empezando por la atención de los empleados son exelentes,el personal de limpieza me encanto,la seguridad K tienen con los niños muy buena en fin quede con ganas de regresar .Se merece 5 estrellas.

Besides the noisy neighbors it was an exceptional stay!
There for a hockey tournament for the grandkids. Had a great time and they gave us a late ck out,4pm, because our last game was at 1.30. Everything is there.
We have going to The Carousel for over twenty years. Love the location. People are very nice. But, the rooms definitely needs some updates. There was broken mirrors, no grab bars in the bathrooms. Same furniture forever. This time outback by the bar was a mess. I hope the hotel is in better shape this summer with organized activities for kids.

Just got home from a weekend trip. Everything was great! We arrived an hour early and were able to check-in with no issues. The employees were all very nice. The room was clean & well kept. We had a 4th floor ocean view that also overlooked the skating rink in the hallway. The bathroom was clean. One bed was soft and one was hard which we found odd, but we slept well. I have been staying at the Carousel Hotel since i was a little girl and always love going back there. We went there for the past couple days and had a good time as always. Yes i agree the rooms need some upgrades but overall the room we had wasnt bad overlooking the ice skating rink. The decorations were beautiful. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant. My ONLY complaint and hopefully they will do something about it......the hot tub should be for adults only 18+......NO exceptions. Im tired of being in there trying to... read more
