My Family Stay at this Hotel every year and we absolutely love it. Carousel is our Home away from home. Best Hotel in Ocean City

The Carousel is an excellent resort to stay, nice room very clean with a balcony and the staff so friendly. So many places to eat near by & what's even nice you can park & ride the bus all day long up & down the strip, bus ride by the resort every 10 minutes. Love this place. #markLaq#

Great Room, Amber the waitress in Seasons Restaurant was so courteous as well as Dawn the front desk attendant. If you have children definitely suggest this hotel. Will be returning.

We have stayed at this property several times and loved it. So much to do there from ice skating, game room, pool/hot tub, outside eating area, love movie night on beach, easy access to beach. Love the condos with option for beachfront balcony and bayside balcony. I could go on and on, we never got a condo that we didn't like. The first year there was an issue with the dishwasher in the room but they quickly had it fixed. Not sure why all the bad reviews. The staff we dealt with was very friendly. My favorite in OCMD.

Our stay at the Carousel was unpleasant due to a group of kids in a room close to us talking and a young child screaming in the early hours of the morning. Also, the pool area, there was no one watching kids who were very rudely jumping into the hot tub as me and my mom were trying to relax. Overall, I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.
I will NEVER stay here again. This property does not follow through. The ONLY reason I gave them one star, is based on the young lady that checked me in was nice and pleasant. The elevators were broke, my condo was dirty. The dishes were dirty, I didn't have a frying pan. We didn't have enough forks and glasses. Both bathrooms were dirty. I told the maid and she said she would come back. She didn't. I left my number with the manager to call me back. I had to call back, twice before I reached her. Terrible experience. our AC barely worked, the staff was EXTREMELY rude and we had absolutely no hot water until the last day we were there. overall just awful. everything is outdated and there were stains on the carpets. the cabinets were broken and the rooms smelled along with dirty sheets! the only nice people in the hotel were the housekeepers. do not waste time or money here.
