I was here 2 years ago and love it.. And I'm back again
I used to recommend this place to everyone I know,i get weekly updated on there carousel group emails, live across the street I have friends staying there so I go to meet them this morning A lady employee sees me riding my bike up there and I'm told I'm not a registered guest they weren't very nice about that so I go and get my own room register and pay my money I did tell one of the guys what I thought of them I proceeded to enter the pool where I was approached by a mean angry lady screaming to see my key, the one who saw ... read more

Loved it there last year was our first time there can't wait to go back
Rooms could use an updating but have stayed here the past 3 years and kids enjoy it. Camp carousel was a big hit with my girls!
Stayed here this weekend. Sofa bed was disgusting with huge stains. Front desk told me would get me a replacement. After over an hr of waiting I went back to the desk to complete rudeness. Was told I gave them the wrong room # and was argued with even though they had repeated the right room # to me. Finally a nice older gentleman brought us a nice (clean) replacement. Hotel is very LOUD and not good for relaxing. Pool and ice rink were nice though.
First, the elderly woman at the desk, Stevie, was rude and sarcastic; second, the information that was provided to us when we made the reservation was wrong; third, the parking deck does not have easy access to the hotel so be careful if you have kids and luggage because it is tricky! Finally, and perhaps the worst, the room was filthy! I too pictures of the telephone that probably had some bacteria living on it, there was food on the floor when we checked in, the light bulbs were all burned out and the screen door was broke... read more
I have enjoyed it so far, now if the sun will ever come out!
Had a great time here. Everyone we interacted with was professional and personal. The only suggestion I would have would be to have a voucher for one night of free ice skating. I didn't do it with my family because I was concerned that the kids wouldn't skate for long.
