great place ,, lots of stuff to do .good service nice tiki bar next to pool with plenty of food to pick from .the only thing I don't care for .is all these out of country work personnel there shipping in here by the bus load taking job from the American people .the entire place ..like 90% of the stores here use them . but they are very friendly and work there butt's off .Im booking a few weekends to come back and chill .
TERRIBLE!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed for 3 nights and it was absolutely horrible. Staff was rude and NOT friendly. Out of the 3 nights we were there our room was serviced ONCE and that's because we complained. Had to call the front desk FOUR times for our cot to get picked up. Not clean, and just a horrible experience. Will never come back.
The last time we stayed at the carousel July of 2013 the room was dirty there was blood on our sheets the balcony door broke daily and the light fixture fell off the ceiling hitting my daughter …I have stayed here many times with good bad and fair visits and was willing to stay this summer but after multiple emails I can not get any response from the carousel

If you don't mind lack of air conditioning or if you like getting ignored by the staff when you complain it is the perfect place to stay. I gave it two stars only because it does have potential if they get a new staff and maybe put some maintenance in the sir condition system.
Very nice place for mini family get away. My grand children love the indoor ice skating rink. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly.
Got engaged on our balcony this week! I love this place there's so much to do! With such a crappy rainy week, the ocean view was so pleasant!
Room was never cleaned properly. Only beds were made. Our bathroom floor was so sticky my feet would stick to it. Food was awful, flies all through out the hotel. Disgusting. Horrible customer service. Need better employees. Will never return. Waste of money. Ice skating rink was nice though.
I loved it, it was so fun and I had a blast
