The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Absolutely no dishware to go with the appliances except 2 mugs-- not a kitchenette with much to use. Nice front counter staff. Extremely disappointed in how a fire alarm was handled- many people evacuated, but no feedback was supplied to us about what was going on, whether there was a fire... nothing. I also thought the skating was incredibly overpriced- $6.00 to skate and rent? Each time they go? Should be free for guests.
Stayed in a 3 bedroom condo in July of 2014. This was our 4th year staying there but I will never go back. We had bugs crawling on our counter and in our dishwasher. They sent someone to treat the room but even after that we still had bugs crawling around. My family got stuck in an elevator and not one person from management came to us to see if we were ok. Never asked how our stay was upon check out. Spoke to condo rental office during stay about issues and was told "you have the nicest room in the hotel." Filled out the on... read more

We just came home today from a week long at the Carousel. I have to say what an amazing time our family had! I've never been to a hotel/resort where the employees are ALWAYS working, never just standing around doing nothing! EXCELLENT place to stay! Recommend this place anytime and we will be back next summer! Thank You for making our first Ocean City, MD vacation memorable!!
This hotel gets three stars ONLY because it has great beach access and the location is easy to drive to different places. The hotel itself is awful. The rooms are way past dated. The bathrooms have moldy, sagging dropped ceilings, there is a plexiglass window that looks into the lobby and sleeping on the beach would be more comfortable then the beds. The housekeepers don't clean the rooms, they only make the bed. We had to ask for our sheets to get changed so that we weren't sleeping in sand. They didn't clean the bathroom o... read more
WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME HERE IN FEBRUARY FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY. EVEN IN THE DEAD OF WINTER, LOTS TO DO AND HAD A BLAST!! GOING BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR FOR SURE!
