I had the pleasure of working with Matt, Gnon, Kenzie and Evan this week, understanding how their business works. When you get assembly instructions and they call out a measurement of 23/32 for the placement of an item you know you have accuracy. Now where is my tape measure that has 32nds on it.....
The videos are very informative. The cops are designed and can be customized to meet the needs of every person.

Their customer service is outstanding. You will never get the runaround. The folks at Carolina Coop are the most knowledgeable people in the chicken coop business. They never disappoint and are happy to just answer general questions even if you haven’t made a purchase from them yet. I promise you will not be disappointed. A specific thank you to Matt for helping me get my heated water system dialed in! This winter was the easiest one ever for maintenance.
