Excellent house builder with a very high standard of workmanship. Houses are to an excellent standard and customer care is dealt with swiftly.
Not had any dealings with Carmichael Homes but have plenty of experience dealing with the new head of construction Mr Cunningham and a couple of the other new site managers Mr Mcafee & Mr Hughes. Theres a reason Stewart Milne homes went down the tubes and these guys were a huge contributor. Never dealt with more incompetent people in my life. Will blame everyone else, Lie and try and wiesel out of anything they can. Ask anyone unfortunate to have dealt with them on a Stewart Milne site 👎🏼
