*** BAIT & SWITCH *** is alive and well at CARMAX...!!! Car advertised on CARMAX website as "Coming Soon" so I put it on 'HOLD'... went to CARMAX next morning to complete the transaction... sales rep clicked away on his computer, then said "Sorry, this car is listed as 'OFF LOT' (which is code for "unavailable")... then he says: BUT we have many others available of that same model...!!! Wow, cant believe this BS. Not happy. Walked out.
Brad Wolfe is awesome!! We went to see him and he was kind and quite patient with us and we have a great little car!!
I am very unhappy. We went in on Monday evening, test drove the car, we had already pre qualified for financing. We got all our paperwork done before noon on Tuesday. They told us it it would be ready Tuesday evening. Here it it Thursday afternoon and now they say maybe Saturday. It doesn't take that long to replace radio/navigation system! You already have my money, I want my car!
I can't say enough about the awesome experience we had yesterday purchasing my 2015 Nissan Altima. Clay Nedbal was great and dealt with me wanting to test drive every other make and model. Thanks again Clay!
They sold the truck is had on hold I bought a truck newer , that had 60 thousand less miles on it ,car max put a new tire on front but refused to match the out her side what's the difference on 2 tires or 4 to make a happy customers that was pissed. On the way home the right rear stop light was out do they give a Damm or is it just to make a sale f. The customers eany way they can and it needs a new set of whipper, blades of would have given them a -0 for the team bs.
