RecommendedWe had a very positive experience, the salesman try their best to get you the car you want with the options you want and they kept looking for the car we wanted and would send us links to cars they found that matched what we were looking for. And when we fell in love with a car they HELD it for us, another dealership sold a car I was on my way to look at and even had an appointment with a salesman to look at, but not CARMAX, they hold the car for YOU!!!

Had a great experience today at CarMax! Matt Zinn was our sales consultant & he was exactly the right type of sales rep for us! Patient, knowledgeable, & he never rushed us. We found just the car we wanted including the mileage & price range we wanted. Left with that car & easily traded in our previous car. Was such a smooth process & every employee we interacted with was pleasant. Highly recommend!
No haggle price is true. It was a relatively easy experience. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. A couple of hiccups at the end with cleaning the car and them damaging a hubcap but overall the experience was excellent and they are buying me a new hubcap.

My name is David and we bought a Chevy equinox! Found out it had a safety feature that my wife and I just could not wrap our head around! While sitting outside at Buffalo wild wings down the street from the I 45 north location, (which is a smoking section ok'd by mgmt) A very rude employee of carmax interrupted our conversation asking my wife to extinguish her cigarette. I informed him that this is a smoking section and he started whining like a petulant child. We moved a few tables away laughing at his childishness. I picked up my car after being serviced and was disappointed to find it covered with bird poop on the drivers side window, used tools and a styrofoam cup of water in the cup holder of my car and grimy finger prints and muddy shoe prints on the inside of my car! That is SO nasty and disrespectful and angry that we were not given a courtesy wash or even a cursory wipe down of the inside!
