The appraisal department must be smoking crack today. Gave me the most ridiculous low ball trade in appraisal for my 2015 Kia Soul. I got a higher trade in on my 2010 Kia Soul when I bought the 2015 at beck and masten Kia in tomball. No more car max.

BUYER BEWARE!!! What was a very pleasant car BUYING experience has turned into the absolute worst. On 11/13 my wife and I purchased a 2012 convertible Camaro. When we got it we noticed that the rear floorboards we're soaking wet. We assumed that maybe the dealership left the windows when they ran it through the car wash while keeping it for us so we vacuumed the water out and didn't think about again. on 11/17 it rained and again the back floorboards were soaked. So annoyed! So I bought a car 2 months ago. So far I've had to take it in because the air conditioner was blowing hot air, found out it was low on freon and had to add more. THEN, just took my car in to get an oil change at a non-Carmax place, and they tell me that the break pads are low and need to be replaced!! WTF...I JUST bought the car not long ago, and I know in 2 months break pads don't wear down!! So....I call Carmax and NO help. Worst experience ever. Oh yeah it was all smiles & bells & whistles and great customer service when we bought the car. A few months down the road has been nothing but one problem after the other with these people!!! Never will I buy from them again!!! Thanks for nothing CarMax!!
