This is my second time using this Carmax location and had another excellent experience. Out salesman, Mitch, was awesome and laid back. We never felt pressure. Everything went smoothly and the paperwork portion was quick and easy with Dennis. I highly recommend CarMax and the Spring location!!
There salespeople are great and they will help u look for a car that u really want and the cars are mostly cheap

The customer service is excellent. Already bought 2 cars here and so far everything is good. Right now I have one of my cars in the service department for repairs and after my rental expired they put me on a loner. Each day they called me to give me updates so I'm good. But there's one thing that I don't like and is the trade in appraisal. They gave me the most ridiculous low value for my car when I still own 5 times that quantity.
