Good evening! I have a question pertaining to my younger sister...Backroud: She's a college student in Texas and was approved for a car loan by Ally on 13 JULY. She previously provided all the mandatory documentation for approval (to include check stubs) However, CM (Houston) called and required her to come in and use "their" computer to validate her check stubs as proof of direct deposit and proof of cancelled checks. Had my ac compresser was fix and still won’t blowing right. 2 weeks later, getting my oil change and they pulled my air filter which was completely black, cobwebs, and leaves. Carmax didn’t change my air filter or let me know that my air need to be change. Thanks to jiffy lube for actually fixing my ac with a simple filter. Pretty embarrassing, especially after having my car for the weekend.
