Great people to deal with especially Mark. He is the service manager and he is exceptional to work with and is a great person of character and integrity.
I bought one car here and had a good experience. However, when buying the second car it has been a disappointing mess. I've been lied to, ended up with car I didn't want (I needed the car that day and had set everything up weeks in advance, including choosing a vehicle). They, some how, sold the car I ordered. Then tried to get another one without telling me. Then got another one that was lacking the features I needed. I had a relatively good experience with CARMAX as a whole. I also purchased my 2012 Charger RT with all the bells an whistles about 2.5K below what I could find anywhere else across the whole United States!
Went in to see how much my 03' Civic was worth. They offered me the exact amount I wanted and I went from there. Never felt pressured to buy or sell. Ended up buying a 14' Chevy Cruze at a very reasonable price. The paper work process was quick, and was able to get financed for a rate so much lower than what I expected that I almost fell out of my chair.
