Took my wife over to The North Oklahoma City Lot to look in to getting her a dependable vehicle. I had spoken to our salesman prior to going in and as soon as we arrived, we were taken care of. I have never in my life been involved in a car purchase like we had. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. They didn't leave us with any unknowns. I would recommend these guys to anybody.
Found a truck I wanted on their website. I made an appointment to talk with them about it. While there I informed them I was prenapproved by my bank for the price of the vehicle. According to them that was great. Paid $449 to CarMax Edmond Oklahoma to have the Truck I wanted shipped in. When it got there I went up to test drive and take home but was told they don't use the system that every other dealership uses to communicate with the banks for payment and lien releases on trade in. Took my daughter car shopping. It was going to be our first stop. They were upfront, honest and no pressure..we feel like she got a fair deal, as well. We didn't go anywhere else. Hubby says we are buying our next vehicles there.
Wife found the car she was wanting online. We went in today to buy it, as long as the test drive went well. Told the guys at the front desk the one we wanted to look at. He told us where it was located and to go have a look, that a sales rep. would be there shortly. Waited outside for an hour or so and couldn't even get a sales rep. to look at us. Wasted my time and lost out on quick and easy all cash sale. Don't waste your time here.
Easy process, fast approval, loved the people, paperwork was fast, wouldn't recommend anywhere else!
I called and talked with Tara and she was wonderful to work with. She really paid close attention to what I was looking for and needed. When I went in I was able to test drive a couple of cars they picked out. They got me in a great car!! Thank you for making buying a car easy and hassle free.
