We made a second trip to go and buy the vehicle we chose the night before. We were told what to bring with us, even made a trip to our bank to make sure we got all the necessary documents. Once we got there, the manager requested documents that we were never told we would need to bring with us the night before. She (the manager) also didn’t know how to read bank statements. Best place to purchase a car!
I went in to help my husband buy a new car to replace his. Pre-approved and everything in place. The process ran like a Swiss watch. My car has been limping along, so off-hand I had it appraised. Got way more than I thought I would, and I found a vehicle perfect for me to replace the old one. Again, perfect sales, service, and finance all around.
CarMax made it so easy when I sold my car. There was no pressure to buy a car and Everyone was too notch. Highly recommend them for any and all Car Needs!!!
Do not trust carmax they have caused issues for EVERYONE I know. My sister has dealt with issues with them for 7 years. They even serviced her car and let her drive to Wisconsin with NO OIL! Do yourself and favor and just don’t.
I made 3 trips up to this Carmax, and was told a different story every time. Associates need more training because literally no one knew how to help and everyone said something different. 🙄 Never had a worse experience at a dealership ever.
