RecommendedWithout doubt, the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We recently rented an Ford Edge Titanium to visit my daughter in Ruidoso and we really enjoyed the comfort and drive of the car. The weekend after our trip my wife found 2 identical models at CarMax. Including the test drive, it took about an hour to drive off the lot with my wife's new car. CarMax Edmond and Tyler Davis made this purchase a 5 star experience.

I had been working Terrance Miles a little over a week. When I went for our scheduled appointment time yesterday, Terrance was not there and could not be reached and had all of my paperwork the lender would need. Alex Otalora kindly stepped in to help this disgruntled customer. He had to tell me my car had been sold that day because Terrance hadn't put a hold on it. Lady that helped us was nice. But there is a wanna be manager if that's what you wanna call him name Ben, he was nothing short of a jackass. We wont come back.
Drove up from Houston this weekend to help my mother purchase a vehicle and we had the pleasure of working with Connie. Connie was fantastic from the moment I called on the phone to explain our somewhat complicated payment situation to when she walked my mother out to her car which had a big yellow bow on it. This is the third car I've purchased from Carmax and I can't recommend it enough- the best prices for the highest quality used cars. Go see Connie and feel good about the entire process!
The selection and process was good But beware of you sell them your car and they sell or wholesale sell it, they don't care if the title is ever changed over. I sold them my old car and bought a new one from them. 7 months later Harris County Texas starts sending me invoices for toll charges. I contacted Car Max to see why the title was never removed from my name. The young lady in the business office just said " Oklahoma law does not require us to change title" that's it, no sorry to hear that, just " Oklahoma law says". We... read more
