Must not like making money very much. Called 5 times in the past two days waited on hold for thirty minutes each time. Was interested in purchasing a vehicle but not sure now since no one can even bother to answer the phone.

We are on the middle of a world wide pandemic. I'm making my payments on my new truck. Early even. I'm way ahead of a lot of people in the country. I haven't been able to get tags due to being on lock down for covid on the indian Rez I work on. At home for first time in 4 months. DMV taking appts only for tags. 2 + months out. Recommendedabsolutely love CarMax after downloading the app I found a car I like got pre-approved and test drove within 3 days unfortunately that car wasn't for me so I found another one was approved again and had an amazing test drive I dealt with Bobby out of the Pleasanton site he was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with he answered all my questions and concerns and was extremely patient way to go CarMax and Bobby keep up the great work
