I bought a car yesterday at Carmax and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! I signed in and an associate came to help me within 5 minutes. Hiram was super helpful and pacient. I test drove 3 vehicles and was able to answer every question I asked him. If he didn't know the answer straight away he made sure to consult with others. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
We have bought three different cars here over the years and will return if needed. Loved walking around and not being hounded. My kids loved the popcorn and play area!!
I got my brand new Mazda CX5 yesterday. CarMax is very professional, it's completely pressure free, which will also be one of the reasons we will purchase our next vehicle with them. My salesman, Shane, found and looked up, the exact car I had asked for in less than a minute. Literally, less than a minute. The day I bought the car, it took around an hour, which really surprised us. In and out. I highly recommend them.
Bought my SUV Thursday night and couldn't be happier with my experience. My salesperson Cameron O. was extremely nice, helpful, and down to earth. He was never pushy or made me feel like I HAD to buy today. He walked me through the entire process easily and without rushing it, and I've already recommended him and Carmax to tons of people. Carmax even got me better financing than my credit union did. I will definitely go back there for my next vehicle purchase!
Carmax is not a good deal even though they pretend like they're better than the rest.
