Hands down absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Drove to this dealer from Michigan in 2016 after finding a Green 2013 Mustang Boss 302 that I wanted. Online interactions were very good, in person interactions were good. They didn’t know much about this limited edition car but tried to find out anything I asked. I just had the worst experience I have ever experienced at a car dealership. Upon entering the Carmax in Louisville, KY, we were not greeted by any of the three employees we saw when we first entered the building. We entered the lot to survey the vehicles and saw an additional three employees, some with customers, some without.
