RecommendedWe just recently purchased a vehicle here. Nell Johnston was great help throughout our internet and phone process and when we went into the dealership Michael Digman helped us greatly with the test drives and paperwork. He even stayed over an hour after closing to be sure we were satisfied and on the road and newer vehicle. Props to Nell and Michael for outstanding service and for helping us! I had a great experience at this dealership, gave me top dollar for my trade in, got me approved through a bank when other dealerships didn't even want to bother due to negative equity. I rolled out in a great looking and running Ram pick up. Will do business with them again.
I had Daniel as a Sales Rep. the transfer of my car from Lexington was smooth and fast. They held my car until my insurance quit dragging their feet on my accident. I was so excited when I got to fill out paperwork and drove off the lot!!! I highly recommend CarMax for a vehicle! They are caring and understanding and treat you as a person!

Highly recommend Car Max to anyone shopping for a used car. Their web site, as well as the app, were extremely helpful in shopping for cars and getting a feel for what cars are costing. Great communication with my sales oerson. He wasn’t available for my test drive but Car Max went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in a car and purchased. This is the second car we have purchas from them and when the time comes, we will be back!

This was my second experience (in a row) with Carmax and I love their approach. No hassle, one person walks you through everything except signing the final paperwork, no pressure to buy or unreasonable sense of urgency from the sales team ... I just love the experience.
