was not happy, made my french tips very very thick and just overall ugly nails and nothing like I asked for, really not happy with the £40 I wasted on them
I went to get my nails done today, and the woman who did them was very grumpy. Everyone is grumpy in general; only the woman who does the pedicure is really sweet. Every time I walk in, I feel a sense of negativity. Smiling and saying hello and how are you shouldn't be this hard. The reason I'm writing this comment today is because I'm not happy with my nails at all.
I’m glad I didn’t listen some of the reviews on here. First visit today for a biab manicure and pedicure with gel. Lovely experience. Very professional and caring and very happy indeed. Thank you. I will be back.
Arrived when no one was waiting, two more girls arrived after me, and both were served and had their nails done before me. I’m not sure if it’s discrimination of nationality and ethnicity or just poor service, but I’d recommend going somewhere else like coco nails, guaranteed to be served and not mistreated.
