An excellent service from Martin. I phoned him up after I found that a rat had been in the house overnight and he came out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and put poison in places where the rat was visiting making sure it was safely out of reach of my dog. When there was still evidence of rat visitation outside the 3 to 4 days that it takes for the poison to work, he returned and tried a different tactic for no extra charge.
