I have had two telehealth appointments with Dr Frank since the pandemic began. Technically, it was a very easy and supportive experience. Dr Frank was very helpful, listened patiently to my description of my concerns, offered reasonable and comforting response and possible diagnosis, gave specific instructions for actions I could take and scheduled a follow up At the follow up, my symptoms had improved and I was greatly relieved of the concerns I had previously been troubled by. Dr. Frank has been my doctor for over 12 years. . He listens and his pleasant manner easily puts you at ease. He always knows when my reflux problem needs a check. I was having some unusual discomfort in the area of my intestines. He ordered a CT scan to be sure of what was going on. The results were that there was a possible malignancy in my uterus and water on my kidney. There was no evidence that the problem was from my colon. I used telehealth for the first time. The office personnel walked me through it ahead of the appointment time. It was a good way to interact as my husband is 82 years old and has a heart condition. I don’t want to take any viruses home to him.

Refer to my prior comments but here are a few of them: He was caring, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, & came highly recommended from prior patients, including my husband. This was my first visit & I scheduled a colonoscopy with him here in Georgetown.

I just left my Tele-Health appointment with Dr. Frank. My first impression is that he is refreshingly good at listening and that his deep experience makes him an excellent diagnostician. I was expecting what I’ve grown accustom to on a first visit to a doctor. I thought there would be a rush to describe symptoms and express my concerns. Not the case. Used to be a patient of Dr. Frank. So dissatisfied. Dealing with him and his nurse was a complete nightmare!! Do your self a favor and do not go to this office.
