The front office staff are very kind and patient. The nursing staff are great and Dr. Frank is excellent. Even though he’s extremely busy, I’ve never felt rushed. He’s a good listener and explains things thoroughly. When I had problems with medication, he was happy to help me find an alternative which is working well. I have and will recommend him to friends.

I did not have a complicated condition that would require me to have many office visits. I had an office visit w/PA and was recommended to have a colonoscopy. The staff at the Austin Endoscopy Center treated me especially well for how poorly I was feeling after prep the night before. I appreciate that Dr Frank called me himself after I had called with a concern during prep.
