From the 1st consultation to the day of the actual appointment was nothing short of amazing. Excellence all around from his experience to his professionalism and all around quality of care. I can’t say nothing negative & I can only imagine that my follow up appointment will be just as stellar

The staff and Dr. Frank we’re great. I was brought back from the waiting room quickly. The nurses were very attentive and reassuring. Dr. Frank introduced himself and the next thing I knew, I was waking up back in the prep room. Quick and painless, (and I got a clean result). I highly recommend Dr. Frank and Austin Gastroenterology.
All staff were friendly, answered all my questions, and were very proactive in making any concerns I had a non-issue.
I was in for a routine colonoscopy. I saw the PA in the office, which was fine with me as I was having no problems. Just age!! We met in the surgery room, but his staff and all I worked with were personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Great colonoscopy care . Dr. Frank's office is conveniently located, just wish the actual colonoscopy center was!
