Efficient and knowledgeable, and a top notch staff as well. The office handled the COVID protocols flawlessly, and Dr. Frank gave us immediate feedback that was helpful and on point.

I met Dr. Frank via video due to the pandemic. He was friendly, professional, listened closely to why I was seeing him, asked insightful questions, and took the time to explain his thoughts about my health and medical conditions. I switched to Dr. Frank because the staff at my previous gastroenterologist's office were painfully slow to respond or non responsive to prescription refill requests, or got them wrong often. I have seen Dr. Franks in the past for Diverticulitis a great a Colonoscopy. I saw him recently on a video by computer. He was on time, professional and pleasant.

Dr Frank and the nurses were great. The reason for the 2 star review if the front staff at the procedure office was horrible. The check in nurses were rude, the witch at window one actually argued with me and acted discussed and mumbled under her breath when I actually read what I was signing. When I asked a question on one of the formes she actually got irate. One of the nurses had to ask if there was a problem. She needs to be removed from dealing with people. Have had three or four colonoscopy scopes and polyp removals from Dr. Frank and all were excellent outcomes. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Excellent and caring staff who treat me like family. Dr. Frank is personable, understanding, and listens to all of my concerns/worries. He takes his time with me and looks at every possible treatment carefully before deciding which is best for me.
