He has wonderful bedside manner. Explains everything and listens to the patient concerns.
Everything was very satisfactory.
I am a very private person and to have to discuss symptoms of GI conditions is not easy. Dr Frank patiently listened and asked questions to help guide the conversation. His pleasant manner helped me feel at ease right away. During the appointment it was clear that he was setting up a treatment plan intentionally fit for me. I am truly glad that I have come to see Dr Frank and look forward to his continual advice. All of his staff are very kind as well. I highly recommend him.
