I bought a minivan from them in Jan. They gave me a we owe for a spare key. Said to get the key made and they would reimburse me. 8 months later I am still trying to get my money. Everytime I call they say the check is on its way, it never comes. They dont return phone calls. Worst customer service ever.

They helped us get a great rate which resulted in a monthly payment lower than we thought possible. They also helped keep our kids occupied since we had to bring them with us for a bit. That’s true service! We’ll definitely continue to do business with Carl Black in Hiram!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car. My pal Ryan is awesome. I wanted the process to go as smooth as possible so I made sure I had all of my documents. I was there all of 2hr's, in and out after test driving 2 cars. Great atmosphere, all employees were friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

I really love the people there. I really enjoyed the concert they put on for the people. I've never bought anything there but if I was to buy another vehicle I would go there.
