We were able to get into a truck going through our own financing since they couldn't. Our payments were higher than we wanted I asked Lance is there anyway he can throw in a used cover for the back of the truck. After a 5 second pause he said he could that they get trade ins all the time it's about 8 months still no cover. He does not keep his promise. 8 months and still no used cover??? Very disappointed. Don't make a promise to a customer you don't plan to keep no matter how big or small.

Well I bought my enclave with them a few years back , ask to put gap insurance on it to be on the safe side and now since I need to use it , I all of a sudden don't have it . I always buy gap , especially on a 35,000 $ car . They screwed up and I'm out almost 2000 bucks at Christmas bc of this . Never will I go through then again . People you better look at your paper work before you go out the door . I just assumed since I said to put it on there they did .
Debbie Talbot greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I told her what car I was interested in and what I could afford. She made it happen, even with my not so great credit. My trade in wasn't in great shape either, but I got a fair amount for it. My payment came out to be lower than I had expected too. Since my purchase, I've had my car serviced at Carl Black and they do a quick and great job. I would recommend anyone who needs a car to go to Carl Black.
