Gary Dauby listened to what we wanted, told us the pros and cons of the vehicles we were looking at and even though we were still there after hours he never made us feel we were an inconvenience, but that we were welcome. I bought a Nissan Titan from here. While the car buying experience went well, I’m having issues now. We refinanced the truck through our bank, which included a new warranty. Carl Black has given us the run around about our warranty for 7 weeks now and refuses to return our phone calls about the matter. At this point the dealership was been with holding approximately $1300 for the last7 weeks that could’ve been provided to us at time pay off was provided. Or at the very least could answer the phone. Shelby sold me my 2014 Jeep Sahara, and she was excellent. Super great with her words and answered any questions about the vehicle I had.
