Over a month after purchasing a vehicle, we’ve still not received our tag. Stop by there today to see what the problem is and get a bunch of excuses and stories about emails being sent and it wasn’t their problem, go to the tag office, etc. Come to find out, it’s all on them. Not to mention the vehicle we bought had to be taken back in for an alignment, but passed your safety inspection. Awesome great family atmosphere. I recommend to anyone who wants a new or used car or truck.
The customer service is lackluster. They chase customers out the door disrespecting them all the while wanting them to purchase a defective vehicle. A year ago, I would have told anyone to come here, now I am warning people who wish to purchase a working vehicle to not come here. I have return the same vehicle 8 times in two months. Do not ever use their repair shop!
