I EVEN WENT THERE AND THE GUY BRIAN WAS LEAVING WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE TIME OF DAY TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT, HE SAID CALL THE NUMBER THEY WILL SCHEDULE YOU, I done that NO HELP, YOUR COMPANY ASSISTED ME THE SAME DAY I CALLED, THANK YOU SO MUCH, NOW I'M GOOD NO PROBLEMS. YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!
not a good experience...wasted 4 1/2 hours there and was told set payment price was met by everyone for 2 hours. went into finance office & was told another price $29.00 a month (which is over $3000.00 over the life of the loan) got up & walked out. went to Freeland Chevrolet & got the same exact car for $21.00 a month cheaper. hmmm
I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation package. The next day at my appointment a different sales rep told me my 2 services were written up separately to cost me more money when I clearly ordered the package deal. Not my first bad experience with Carl Black Chevrolet.
I got a full inspection at Carl Black Chevrolet two months ago on a car I just purchased. The inspection showed that there was nothing wrong with my car. Shortly, after that I began hearing a sound from under my left tire, and today I take it into the shop (another Chevrolet) to find out that the bolt from my brake was missing. I ask them do you take these things apart during a inspection and they said yes. I just paid 98.76 to fix what your technicians messed up. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

I have had a service appointment for over a week for Silverado recall dropped truck off and asked how long 1/2 hour to 3 hours I'm okay with that after waiting 3 1/2 hours they still have not touched my truck.......wtf ... air understand stuff happens but I have got other things to do as well VERY POOR on Service ....let's see how long I'm here.
A former Malibu owner...now I have another car a Chrysler, I still entrust Carl Black for my car maintenance.
They always been fast friendly service even on a 29 year old Monte Carlo. It's always the quoted price or less.
