The worst customer service of any car lot I have ever experienced. Rude reps and once then realize there is nothing they can do for you they won't even talk to you. No parking, I almost backed into a car and the 6 reps outside smoking and talking bad about people they talked to that day just sat and looked on not saying a word. One rep even pointed to another show ing what I was about to hit. So if you have to have a Chevy, don't shop here! Buyer Beware!
Last Saturday i came to the lot to change the tire for my car. But then your told me to set-up appointment on Monday at 10 cuz the warehouse close at 12 on Saturday. So today, I came back at 10 and my name was not on the appointment list?!?!? It took y'all over TWO HOURS to changed ONE tire. I asked the services advisor why did you take too long and he said cause he needed a approval before he can get a tire BUT is that the purpose of getting appointment so i dont have to wait over 2 hours???? 2 hours, for ONE tire.
The best workers, all were so kind and helpful..Trey was the best salesperson ever.Steve was super hnest also..Grat job Carl Black Chevy....love my SUV.
They went above and beyond to help my son buy his first truck. This dealership rocks 100% and my salesman Kevin Riddle went even further and bought us girls at my job chocolate and sweets. I will be back for my next ride...
I have had the oil change experience from HELL!!! Not once but TWICE. I had a scheduled appointment @8am. I arrived @7:30 only to leave at 10:55am. I witnessed two other people who came after 8 leave before me. When I approached the desk @10am, They acknowledged the error yet I still had to wait an additional 55 minutes. What was the purpose of an appointment??? The oil change earlier this year took 24 hours!!! I dropped my SUV off @1 pm and it wasn't ready until 4 the next day.
