I had intended to go here to buy a new suburban that's all we have ever owned! After hearing how they treat their own employees who would want to step foot in there! I think I will go elsewhere!!!!
Today was an example of the worst customer service I've experienced due to 4 hours of zero communication by advisor Zach P. If I wasn't contacted several times to set an appointment maybe i would understand why my vehicle and i sat there wasting my time and the vehicle was never looked at. Slow, ineffective, non-communicative response from dealer and service department on premium late model Corvette under warranty with unresolved electrical problem purchased from Carl Black. 4 weeks of waiting, no DIAGNOSIS, much less repair. Endless calls and voicemails, no answers, no resolution, no remorse on part of Carl Black Chevrolet. Posting on FB because I can't reach anyone who knows anything about my car at dealership. Complete indifference.
Took my Dodge Journey in for a "Free" oil change. I was greeted right away & shown the waiting lounge. Very comfortable . Lots of seats , 3 TVs, children's corner, soda machine .
Today we stopped in to have our wiper repaired that malfunctioned on our trip from Canada... They took care of us promptly and the small repair was FREE!!!! We did buy new blades and they installed them too!!! The facility was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful... Thanks for helping a bunch of Canadians!!!
