Very professional and great quality. Oil change and tire rotation for 41 dollars, you can't beat that kind of value from a dealership.
When I went in for service Saturday, Jimmy was very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable. He & his team fixed the problem I had, did a thorough inspection of my vehicle, and wrote a list of items, with prices quoted, that I would need to address in the coming months. Best of all, he didn't pressure me to have more work done than I could afford at the time.
My experience was very poor they rush to get your money but once its all done with they don't give 2 cents I just bought a 2016 impala and it's not a brand new car I been having problems with the car since I've had it and you think that their trying to make sure that I'm happy no I've called and went up there and that's when the customer service was very poor etc......
Your dealership was absolutely wonderful to my family. We ran into car troubles while on our way to our vacation destination in Alabama from Ohio. Freddy in the service department took incredible care of us and got us back on the road in great time. While waiting to get arrangements made the dealership kept my son busy with the bounce house they had on the lot. He had a blast! Freddie is the definition of incredible customer service. Dealer refuses to replace an item warranty...say they have no body shop ?? But if i pay for the item to get replaced... they will surely find a body shop to charge me....buyers BEWARE!!
Passing through town with some car troubles. We told them we were quite sure it was a bearing or brake problem. An hour and a half later, they said there was absolutely nothing wrong. Fast forward to an hour down the road, a new dealership and SEVEN MINUTES - rotors chipped and brake pads worn down. A flashlight was used to show us the problem. A problem we pretty much told them was happening. Way to go, Carl Black! Sending customers through the mountains with poor brakes.
Mr. Miller in finance at Carl Black Chevrolet said Ally Bank and Wells Fargo turned me down to finance a new car. They said I owed to much. I pay my charge cards in full each month with no other debt, also my credit score is 826. I just paid cash at another dealer. Back in your face Mr. Miller and Mr. Harms.
