Just wanted to thank the service department for the quick turnaround on my truck. Full service in about an hour on a Saturday. Also a special thanks to Zach Smith for taking care of us. Good service like this is hard to find these days!

Just bought a 2014 Equinox at Carl Black no less than six months ago! Car did have a reoccurring issue that I have finally had the time to take it down there. The Service guy mentioned they were almost 2 days behind (which as a technician myself I completely understand) but once he found it to be an issue that prohibits the use of the car he got me right into a rental and on my way so the guys could have some time to look at it. They can sell a car, but the service center is beyond terrible. Several days for a simple oil change? No communication? Terrible!
"Carl Black of Nashville has lost my business for life. Never has anyone been so rude as the service man Lloyd Luker. He treated my daughter with no respect. Wasted her time and gas just to be mis treated. Treated her like she was a child. The man has no idea she is smarter than he is. The lack of information they give is unreal. We didn't really care for the management there but Johnny V and Anthony were the ones assisting me and my husband and they were amazing. Willing to help us do whatever they can to get our dream car. Definitely will go back to them for another vehicle.
