Carl Black Chevrolet is AMAZING! After a horrible experience at Crest Cadillac, CB got another engine installed in a recent SRX purchase, when the engine blew after 2000 miles. The work was done for a lot less, and much more efficiently. I will always do business with CB! I met the general manager, and the whole team treated my wife and I royally! made the trip to carl black to look at purchasing, spent 3 hours speaking with a salesman only to find out all of the info i was given was wrong. since then have tried to follow up( even filled out a credit app ) have never been able to speak to the same person twice and never get a call back from any sales person or manager. horrible customer service. would have left no stars if available.
