service department and customer service is horrible and can't even get the gm to call me back. Will never buy another vehicle from them ever. worse dealership I have ever dealt with.
RecommendedI brought my car from Crystal she was new at the time, she done a really good job. But that service department I feel is lacking on communication whenever I take my car no one ever calls and say anthing until you call to inquire about it. They never tell you they going to keep for days at a time. Our Chevy Cruze was on a 2020 roadtrip from Mississippi to Michigan. The clutch started smoking during the trip. Hearing that parts supply chain is interrupted with COVID had the vehicle towed from Michigan to Carl Black in Nashville where I knew I could let sit for a few days if needed due to any parts delay. Extremely disappointed with my first experience at Carl Black Chevrolet Service... This review is for the Service Center and Scheduling departments only. Was booked for an appointment today @9am for a recall fix on my Silverado's braking system. Upon arrival, I was greeted and taken to the Service desks. After looking me up in the system, I was told by the technicians that "we're running on a skeleton crew today", and they couldn't get me in for my repair for "at least a few days"... I made an appointment to have my Chevy serviced here. I chose the “wait for car” option onljne. Someone from the dealership contacted me to see if I would be interested in trading my vehicle in. I show up for my appointment and the service advisor says I need to leave it for a few days. I said that was not possible, and that perhaps someone should have let me know before I drove there alone. He was very dismissive. I will never spend my $$$ here, and I recommend you don’t either.
Go see Jewel at Carl Black.. He is absolutely the best ..
My husband and I drove 2.5 hrs to get there and was very pleased with our purchase. Jewell was our car salesman and he was fantastic. I never once felt pressured into buying anything and he was extremely helpful and down to earth.
