Hire Skilled ASE certified technicians with experience. It should not take 4 trips in to diagnose fuel injection issues. I should also not continue to have braking system issues after recall work. Taking my vehicle to another dealership as repair work cant be trusted.
My check engine light came on my car in February. As a result, I took my car to Carl Black Chevrolet. They ran diagnostics and stated that my fuel rails and the catalytic converter were bad. I have no idea what repairs were needed but I trusted the mechanics at Carl Black. The fuel rails and the catalytic converter were replaced and less than a 10 mile drive after leaving the dealership... the issue came back! Great operation with the people in place to make it happen.
It’s unfortunate that I have to choose to not recommend them because I have had very good luck in the past but tonight I guess they didn’t want to sell a new Silverado trail boss because I came to the lot twice for over 45 minutes each time and not one person even acknowledged the fact that we were there
I purchased a "Certified Pre-owned" Colorado from them, that came from the Georgia dealership. 4 weeks I have had it, it has been with them all but 4 days. All attempts to fix it have been unsuccessful. They offered to let me trade it, giving me "the deal of a lifetime". Not true. I just wanted my money back, but that wasn't happening either. I know some people have had a good experience here, but I have not. I cannot recommend anyone go here.
Dropped my car off before work... Came back to get it and they lost the keys. Disgrace of a dealership. All fake smiles. Never go here. Take your car to jiffy lube. Called impatient by one of the 5 morons looking for the key. Sorry, i don’t have “patience” for ignorance. Update: Now they asked me to help look. Are they going to put me on salary? Stay tuned to find out. Ended up being in someone’s desk. 45 min to find a key. Unbelievable.
